S.R 15 / I-75 Interchange

Owner: Ohio Department of Transportation

Designer: WSP

The S.R. 15 and I-75 Interchange was an incredible challenge to design and construct. The project consisted of the complete redesign and reconstruction of the S.R 15, U.S. 68, and I-75 Interchange.

Some of the challenges faced with the design and construction of this project were accelerated R/W plans, FAA coordination, Blanchard River Floodplain Coordination, and maintaining traffic. These are just a few challenges throughout this project.

The ASCE Toledo Section’s former President, Adam Hoff, PE, and the section’s current President, Fernando Camargo, PE, had the honor of presenting the ASCE 2022 Project of the Year to representatives from ODOT and WSP.
