first Vice President - Adam Hoff, P.E.
Adam C. Hoff, PE is President of Hoff Consulting Services, LLC, providing municipal/civil engineering support to local communities and collaboration with other firms. Adam is a 1990 graduate from Ohio Northern University with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and Michigan. Adam has been involved with ASCE since 1989, as a member of the student chapter at ONU, and continuously as a member of the Toledo Section since 1990. Adam currently serves as the First Vice President.
second Vice President - Fernando Camargo P.E.
Fernando Camargo is a Project Engineer with Feller, Finch & Associates, a 2004 graduate from The University of Sao Paulo (Brazil), and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and West Virginia. Having been involved with ASCE since 2006, Fernando has served as 2nd Vice-President since May 2019.
Past President/ohio council delegate - Michael Pniewski, P.E.,P.L.S
Mike is the Chief Deputy Engineer for the Lucas County Engineer's Office. He is responsible for the operations of the office including roadway and traffic engineering, development review and permitting, water resources, land surveying, construction inspection, and roadway maintenance. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan, his Bachelor of Science in Surveying from Michigan Technological University, and a Master in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Mike is also an Adjunct Instructor of Civil Engineering at the University of Toledo and serves at the ASCE Student Chapter Faculty Advisor.
Secretary/Treasurer – Kyle Warner, P.E.
Kyle Warner is a Traffic/Design Engineer with the Lucas County Engineer’s Office, a 2006 graduate from the University of Toledo, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. Having been involved with ASCE since 2008, Kyle has served as the Secretary/Treasurer since 2015, and was a U.T. Student Practitioner the year prior.
BOARD MEMBER AT LARGE - BRIAN W. RANDOLPH, PhD, PE, M.ASCE
Brian W. Randolph is Professor Emeritus of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the
University of Toledo. He received his PhD in Civil (Geotechnical) Engineering from The
Ohio State University in 1989 and a MS and BSCE from The University of Cincinnati.
He is a licensed professional engineer in Ohio. He has been a member of ASCE since
1980 and a member of the Board of the Toledo Section since 2004.
Ohio Council Delegate - Keith Aschemeier, P.E.
Keith Aschemeier is the Water Resources Design Department Manager with Arcadis (formerly FPS). He is a 1989 graduate of Ohio Northern University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio, Michigan, Texas, and West Virginia. Keith has been involved with ASCE since he was a student at ONU and is a Past President of the ASCE Toledo Section, as well as Ohio Council.
ONU Practitioner Advisor - Lindsay Exton, P.e.
Lindsay is a Project Engineer for CT Consultants in the Toledo Office and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. She has experience in roadway design, bridge design, bridge inspection, and drainage designs. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science in 2012 from Ohio Northern University. Her ASCE membership began in 2008 at the ONU Student Chapter where she was the Publicist. During her time at ONU she was also Co-captain of the Concrete Canoe Team in 2012. Lindsay started as the Webmaster and Younger Member President in the ASCE Toledo Section in 2012. She was awarded Young Engineer of The Year in 2014."
ONU Practitioner Advisor - Douglas Dariano, P.E.
Doug Dariano is the City Engineer for the City of Perrysburg, is a 1977 graduate from Ohio Northern University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio. Having been involved with ASCE since College. Doug was the treasurer for the ONU student section has served as Treasurer and President of the Toledo section.
Webmaster/UT Practitioner ADVISoR - Drew Coutcher
Drew Coutcher is a Transportation Engineer for DGL Consulting in the Maumee office. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2014 from the University of Toledo. Drew started his membership in ASCE in 2011 and was the former Vice President and President of the University of Toledo Student Chapter. He has been the acting web-designer since joining the parent chapter in 2015
