president / ONU Practitioner Advisor - Lindsay Exton, P.e.

Lindsay is a Project Engineer for CT Consultants in the Toledo Office and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. She has experience in roadway design, bridge design, bridge inspection, and drainage designs. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science in 2012 from Ohio Northern University. Her ASCE membership began in 2008 at the ONU Student Chapter where she was the Publicist. During her time at ONU she was also Co-captain of the Concrete Canoe Team in 2012. Lindsay started as the Webmaster and Younger Member President in the ASCE Toledo Section in 2012. She was awarded Young Engineer of The Year in 2014."

First Vice President - sTEVE lANGE, p.e.

Steve is a Project Manager with Kleinfelder, Inc. specializing in municipal engineering. Steve is a 2003 graduate from The Ohio State University with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.  Steve has been involved with ASCE since 2000, starting as a member of the student chapter at OSU and holding leadership roles until graduation, and continuously as a member of the Dayton and Toledo Sections since 2003.  This is his first leadership role with the Toledo Section.

SECOND Vice President / U.T. STUDENT PRACTITIONER ADVISOR - BROCK LAURER

Brock is a Structural Engineer at Nexus Engineering Group, and is currently working to obtain his Professional Engineer license in the State of Ohio. Brock received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2022 from the University of Toledo, and has since returned to the University to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. During his time as an undergraduate student at the University of Toledo, Brock served as the Secretary and President for the University’s ASCE student chapter. Brock has been a member of ASCE since 2018.

past President - ron kolodzaike, p.e.

Ronald Kolodzaike, P.E. is a structural engineer with ARCADIS where he has worked for 34 years.  He has been a member of ASCE since his days as a college student in the early 1970’s.  Ron graduated from the University of Toledo with his Bachelors Degree in 1976 and his Masters Degree in 1980.  He is a registered engineer in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. Ron has been on the board since 2020 and has previously served as the 1st and 2nd Vice President.

Treasurer – Kyle Warner, P.E.

Kyle Warner is a Traffic/Design Engineer with the Lucas County Engineer’s Office, a 2006 graduate from the University of Toledo, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. Having been involved with ASCE since 2008, Kyle has served as the Secretary and Treasurer since 2015, and was a U.T. Student Practitioner the year prior.

Secretary/ut practitioner ADVISoR – Jordan Kreglow

Jordan is an Engineer with the Lucas County Engineer’s Office and is working towards becoming a Professional Engineer, as well as a Professional Surveyor in the State of Ohio. A 2019 graduate he has been an ASCE member since 2017 and has served as the Vice President for the U.T. ASCE Student Chapter during the year of 2018. Jordan currently serves as the Secretary and U.T. Student Practitioner Advisor.

Adam C. Hoff, PE is President of Hoff Consulting Services, LLC, providing municipal/civil engineering support to local communities and collaboration with other firms.  Adam is a 1990 graduate from Ohio Northern University with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and Michigan.  Adam has been involved with ASCE since 1989, as a member of the student chapter at ONU, and continuously as a member of the Toledo Section since 1990.  Adam has previously served as the Past President, President, as well as the 1st and 2nd Vice President on the board.

Program committee chair - Gregory buhoveckey, P.e.

Greg Buhovechy P.E. Is and Engineer at The Mannik and Smith Group, Inc. and has over 20 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering and construction oversight and materials testing. He has extensive experience in surface water, groundwater, utility design, and the environmental aspects of many different types of projects. Greg has also provided construction inspection of housing subdivisions, utility installations, roadways, and landfill cells and construction materials testing. Greg has been apart of ASCE since 2011 and has been incredibly involved in the Toledo Section. He has held the President, Vice President, and 1st Vice President positions. He has also been the chapter’s Treasurer and Secretary and currently holds a position as our Committee Chair.

Brian W. Randolph is Professor Emeritus of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the
University of Toledo. He received his PhD in Civil (Geotechnical) Engineering from The
Ohio State University in 1989 and a MS and BSCE from The University of Cincinnati.
He is a licensed professional engineer in Ohio. He has been a member of ASCE since
1980 and a member of the Board of the Toledo Section since 2004.

Don Feller is Founder and Chairman/CEO of Feller, Finch & Associates, Inc. He is a 1974 graduate from the University of Toledo, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. Don has been an ASCE member since 1974 and has served as the 1st Vice President, President, Past President and previously was the Continuing Education Committee Chair. Don also is a past ASCE Toledo Section Engineer of the year.

ONU Practitioner Advisor - Douglas Dariano, P.E.

Doug Dariano is the former City Engineer for the City of Perrysburg and retired from the Navy Civil Engineer Corps in 2010. A 1977 graduate from Ohio Northern University, he is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio. He has been involved with ASCE since College, and has been a member of the Toledo Section since 2009. Doug was the treasurer for the ONU student section has served as Treasurer and President of the Toledo section and was selected as the Toledo Section Engineer of the year in 2015.

Jeff Knueve

Jeff Knueve is an Engineer with the Lucas County Engineer’s Office. Currently, he is pursuing his licenses needed to become a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Surveyor in the State of Ohio. Jeff graduated from the University of Toledo in December of 2021 with a BS in Civil Engineering and has been an ASCE member since the fall of 2017. While at UT he served as President, Vice President and as the Event Coordinator at various times.

Keith Aschemeier is the Water Resources Design Department Manager with Arcadis (formerly FPS). He is a 1989 graduate of Ohio Northern University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio, Michigan, Texas, and West Virginia. Keith has been involved with ASCE since 1988 and has served as a President and Past President of the ASCE Toledo Section, and has held a position on the Ohio Council.

Michael Pniewski is the Lucas County Engineer for the Lucas County Engineer's Office. He is responsible for the operations of the office including roadway and traffic engineering, development review and permitting, water resources, land surveying, construction inspection, and roadway maintenance. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan, his Bachelor of Science in Surveying from Michigan Technological University, and a Master in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Michael is also an Adjunct Instructor of Civil Engineering at the University of Toledo and serves at the ASCE Student Chapter Faculty Advisor. As ASCE Member since 2016 he has served as the ASCE President as well as the 1st/2nd Vice President and as the Past President.
